朧利葉雪梨茶

Long-li Leave with Ya-li Pear Tea
材料:
乾朧朧利葉雪梨茶圖片1葉 20g
(新鮮的用1兩)
南杏 10g
北杏 20g
有機蜜棗 6粒
天津鴨嘴雪梨 1個
清水 800ml
做法:
1.清水泡浸朧朧利葉雪梨茶圖片2葉半小時,洗淨、去雜質,水倒掉不要。
2.雪梨洗淨去皮,去芯,每個切成4份。
3.南、北杏洗淨,蜜棗沖洗備用。
4.高身煲內加水、燒沸後,下所有材料再煮沸,收中火煮45分鐘即可熄火,隔去渣滓,喝茶。

Ingredients:
20g Dried long-li leave (if fresh leave then 1tael )
10g Sweet almonds
20g Bitter almonds
6Organic candied dates
1Tianjin ya-li pear
800ml Water

Method:
1.Soak long-li leave in water for half an hour.Rinse and remove impurities.Discard water.
2.Wash and peel ya-li pear.Core and cut into quarters.
3.Rinse sweet and bitter almonds and candied dates.Set aside.
4.Put water in tall boiling pot.Add all ingredients when water boils.Cook until boils again.Reduce to medium heat and cook for 45minutes.Turn off heat.Strain liquid.Ready to drink.

此茶清潤化痰,節日過後,易因夜睡及多吃熱氣煎炸食物,引致喉乾咽燥,喝此茶可潤喉解渴,清肺止咳,適合在乾燥的季節飲用,可紓緩咳嗽。
This tea is nourishing and helps soften sputum.It is good to drink the tea in dry climates,after occasions of late sleeps or having too much deep-fried food because the tea is good at nourishing throat and lungs.It also helps relieve coughing.
