帶子4隻
紅燈籠椒1隻
千島醬5安士
辣椒1安士
1牛油果切開6條。
Slice avocado into 6pieces.
2帶子在平底鑊略煎底面。
Sizzle scallops briefly on both sides in pan.
3淋紅波椒汁。
Pour over bell pepper.
做法:1.紅椒去皮,加千島醬及辣椒乾,放於攪拌器打爛。
2.牛油果切開6條。

4.放帶子、牛油果及沙律菜於碟上,淋上千島醬即成。
