截至今日為止,香港銀體系內既港元結餘多達636億幾,創下有史以來既新高,到底呢d錢來香港有何目的?各位有何高見?

Hong Kong do not have any foreign exchange control and the money can come and go easily.It would be much flexiable in placing the money in Hong Kong then look for the chance in making "short shot"then go.

Actually,the daily turnaround figures of HSI does not justify for such large amount of money here and we should take special caution!
