Fried Rice in Italian Style

白飯2碗
翠玉瓜1/2碗
紅椒1/2個
低脂芝士4湯匙
洋裢2/3杯
蒜頭3粒
新鮮歐芹2湯匙
乾迷迭香1茶匙
橄欖油2茶匙
par-boiled rice 2bowls
zucchini 1/2cup
red capsicum 1/2pcs
low fat cheese 4tbsp
onion 2/3cup
garlic 3cloves
fresh parsley 2tbsp
dried rosemary 1tsp
olive oil 2tsp

胡椒粉適量

做法Method
1. 將洋裢、蒜頭及歐芹切細粒;翠玉瓜、紅椒及低脂芝士切片。
Dice onion,garlic and parsley.Slice zucchini,red capsicum and low fat cheese.
2. 燒熱易潔鑊,下橄欖油,放洋裢及蒜頭略炒,然後轉慢火蓋上鑊蓋煮3分鐘。
Place the olive oil,garlic and onion in a heavy-based pan,cover and cook over low heat for 3minutes.
3. 打開鑊蓋,加入翠玉瓜、紅椒、迷迭香及白飯同炒3分鐘。
Add zucchini,red capsicum,rosemary and rice and stir for 3minutes.
4. 再加入低脂芝士、歐芹及胡椒粉略炒即成。
Add cheese and parsley,stir gently.Serve with black pepper.
