Bacon &Mushroom Pasta in a Cream Sauce
材料:
煙肉2片
冬菇2安士
芝士粉1安士
淡忌廉150克
扁意粉5安士
蛋黃1隻
1炸香煙肉,加冬菇及水。
Fragrant bacon in pan,add mushroom and water.
2煮忌廉至糊狀。
Cook till cream turns thick.
3加入蛋黃。
Add egg yolk.
做法:
1.先將煙肉炒香。
2.加冬菇及少許水、淡忌廉芝士粉一起。
3.少許鹽、胡椒,滾2分鐘直至忌廉轉糊狀。
4.放入扁意粉再滾。
5.熄火放蛋黃混和即成。
心得
煙肉較肥,可選用雞肉。
Bacon can be replaced by chicken meat.
Ingredients:

2oz Mushroom
1oz Cheese Powder
150g Whipping Cream
5oz Linguine
1pc Egg Yolk
Method:
1.Fragrant bacon in pan.
2.Add mushroom,a little water,whipping cream and cheese power.
3.Add pinch of salt and pepper,cook mixture for 2minutes till cream turns thick.
4.Add linguine,bring to boil.
5.Remove linguine from fire,add egg yolk,mix well and serve hot.
