好味又簡單----電飯煲雞飯

做法

1.雞半隻切件洗淨,用糖,鹽,豆粉,生抽,老抽,胡椒粉,蔥及薑絲醃味

2.洗米後加水,用電飯煲煮到輕微水滾,將雞放入,煮到跳制,然後再按制1次便成



**記得落水煮飯時要留意水份,因雞有汁,所以米水可相應減少.
