Walnut and Chicken Kidney Soup
材料:
合桃20克
雞腎30克
豬骨1條
甘筍2條
淮山10克
無花果1個
果皮2片
清水1000毫升
鹽 少許
1雞腎切片。
Slice chicken kidney.
2豬骨洗淨出水。
Wash and blanche pork bone.
做法:
1.雞腎用鹽洗淨,切片。
2.豬骨洗淨、出水。
3.甘筍去皮、切件;果皮浸軟。
4.將1000毫升水燒滾,加入所有材料,以大火煮滾後,再以慢火煲1-2小時即成。
Ingredients:
20g Walnut
30g Chicken Kidney
1pc Pork Bone
2pcs Carrot
10g Chinese Yam
1no Ficus Carica
2slices Tangerine Peel
1000ml Water
Pinch of salt
Method:
1.Wash chicken kidney with salt then slice.
2.Wash and blanche pork bone.
3.Peel and slice carrot,soak tangerine peel in water till soft.
4.Boil 1000ml water,add all ingredients and return soup to boil.Switch to slow fire and cook for 1-2hours more.Serve hot.
