Squid Stuffed with Mixed Vegetables
材料:
鮮魷魚
西芹 50g
甘筍 50g
洋
100g
蒜頭(切碎) 2粒
九層塔(切碎)1棵
白胡椒 10-15粒
鹽 1茶匙
醬油 1湯匙
做法:
1.先將鮮魷魚洗淨。
2.把所有蔬菜切細粒,備用。
3.將白胡椒,蒜蓉及九層塔順次序放於石磨中磨碎。
4.把(2)和(3)混合。
5.把雜菜釀入鮮魷魚筒內,以牙籤封口。
6.將魷魚筒塗上醬油
7.以預熱200℃之焗爐,焗15分鐘至金黃色,切件,即可上碟。

2Cloves garlic (chopped )
1Thai basil (chopped )
10-15White pepper
1tsp Salt
1tbsp Soya sauce
Method:
1.Rinse squid.
2.Cut vegetables into small dices.Set aside.
3.Put white pepper,chopped garlic and Thai basil orderly in grindstone,then grind.
4.Mix (2)and (3).
5.Stuff mixed vegetables in squid.Seal with toothpicks.
6.Paint squid with soya sauce.
7.Preheat oven to 200℃,Bake for 15minutes until golden brown.Cut into pieces.Dish up.
