香炸雞軟骨

Deep Fried Chicken Soft Bone
材料:
雞軟骨        150g
炸粉        4湯匙
鹽        少許
胡椒粉        少許
紹興酒        少許
油        適量
椒鹽        少許
做法:
1.先將雞軟骨以鹽、胡椒粉及酒調味約15分鐘。
2.把雞軟骨沾上炸粉。
3.燒熱油,把雞軟骨炸至金黃色。
4.燒熱鑊,炒香椒鹽。
5.最後加入炸好之雞軟骨,輕輕炒勻,即可上碟。

心得
雞軟骨可於凍肉公司購買,是餐前及伴酒的好選擇。
Chicken soft bone is available from frozen meat stores.Apart from a perfect starter dish,it also goes well with wine.

Ingredients:
150g Chicken Soft Bone
4tbsp Mix Flour
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
pinch of shaoxing wine
little oil
pinch of chili salt

Method:
1.Marinate chicken soft bone with salt,pepper and wine for 15minutes.
2.Dip chicken soft bone in batter mix.
3.Heat oil,deep fry chicken soft bones till golden brown.
4.Heat wok,fragrant chili salt.
5.Mix chicken soft bone with chili salt,stir-fry well and serve hot.
