Hawthorn and Rose Jelly
材料:
山楂肉6錢
玫瑰糖漿2湯匙
原蔗糖1湯匙
大菜粉7克
清水1000毫升
1煮山楂出味。
Cook hawthorn with water.
2下玫瑰糖漿。
Add rose syrup.
3將大菜液倒入小容器內。
Add agar liquid to small containers.
做法:
1.山楂洗淨,與清水1000毫升同煮滾,收慢火滾30分鐘,熄火,取出山楂不要,濾清山楂水。
2.將山楂水番滾,收慢火,隨後放入大菜粉,邊煮邊攪,直至完全溶解,下蔗糖攪拌至全溶,熄火,下玫瑰糖漿拌勻。
3.將大菜液分別倒入小盛器內,用保鮮紙包好,放雪櫃中冷藏。
4.吃時取出,可伴以花奶、椰汁及生果食用。
心得
大菜又名燕菜,含豐富的食用纖維,可調理腸胃。
Agar is approximately 80%fiber,serve as a great intestinal regulator.
Ingredients:
6tael Hawthorn Meat
2tbsp Rose Syrup
1tbsp Cane Sugar (Raw)
7g Agar
1000ml Water
Method:
1.Wash hawthorn,cook with 1000ml water.Switch to medium fire till waterboils,cook for 30minutes more then remove fire.Discard hawthorn,reserve water.
2.Return hawthorn soup to boil,switch to slow fire.Add agar powder,stir constantly till all dissolved.Add raw canesugar,keep stirring till well dissolved.Remove from fire,add rosesyrup and mix well.
3.Add agar liquid to small containers,warped up with cling film then chill in fridge.
4.Serve cold with evaporated milk,coconut milk and fresh fruit.
