I guess it might shu uses their own coupons (most counters have those coupons)to help candy to save money,last time they also help me like this,but when I go to dior to ask...the ba say no,she say we will get those coupons after we purchased $10000...
so sister miji....just suggest you don't complain to cs sin...go to menard ask them first...complain in this counter,find out any fault from there,as I know,some brands will have up to 15%discount if we are HN member.....
if sister complain to cs...and cs not allows shu or other brands to do this anymore,then we will have no this offer when we buy there next time....btw,pls feel free to do this if u want to ....
