Cornish Hen With Goose Liver
材料:
法國春雞\t1隻(約500克)
法國鵝肝\t30克
番茄\t1/2pcs
薯茸\t50克
肉汁
1春雞起骨。
Remove bones from Cornish hen.
2煎香春雞。
Pan-fried hen.
3焗7-10分鐘。
Bake for 7-10minutes.
做法:
1.先將春雞起骨。
2.加鹽、胡椒,再放鵝肝捲起,煎香,放入焗爐,焗7-10分鐘。
3.煎香番茄及薯茸伴碟。
4.春雞出爐後切成四件,加少許肉汁即成。
心得
如用牛柳代替春雞亦可。
Beef filet is a good substitute for Cornish hen here.
Ingredients:
1Cornish Hens (around 500g)
30g Foie Gras
1/2pcs Tomato
50g Potato Mash
Method:
1.Remove bones from Cornish hen.
2.Add salt,pepper and foie gras,fold,pan-fried and bake for 7-10minutes.
3.Garnish your dish with pan-fried tomato and potato mash.
4.Cut Cornish hen into 4pieces,sprinkle meat sauce over the dish and serve hot.
