Just looked at a Citibank offer poster in the Wellcome near my office.Doesn't mention any minimum spending required to use the $40 coupon,but it says the coupon expires on 28 Feb 11.I asked a checkout clerk,who said no min spending is applicable to use the $40.However,on the poster,it does say internet orders,phone orders and purchase of cash coupons are not eligible for this offer.
