I agree on the way CityU handle the case. Do you like or allow someone to use foul language that is disgusting or offensive to your guest or family members at your home?The CityU just does what she should do to protect her teaching and learning environment,and her staff and students.It should be the workers who said foul language in the CityU to be blamed.Just because of what foolish things they have done,the other workers are deprived of the right to use the CityU restaurant.
Being a low-class or any class you think you belong to is not an excuse for you to use foul language.There is no privilege for any class member.Everyone deserves the equal right.Anyone who think a worker is a low-class and can use foul language is really to make a class discrimination against workers and despise them.
Respect come from what you have done,but not from who you are.

【專案組報道】一名城市大學的建築地盤工人，上周五在網上留言，投訴城大因地盤工人在飯堂講粗口而禁止他們入內吃飯，引來百多名網民留言，點擊率超過一萬六千次。網友撐工友無錯，狠批城大做法是歧視工人；但亦有網友指摘工友講粗口騷擾師生，不尊重學校風氣。城大回應事件稱，飯堂首要服務對象為師生，校方亦有安排承辦商為工人提供飯盒。
自稱是城大新建築地盤的工人上周五在討論區稱，工友日前在飯堂吃飯時討論菲律賓慘劇，言語夾雜粗言穢語，被某教授聽到並拍下照片向校方投訴，自此校方便安排數位護衞把守飯堂入口，禁止工友入內吃飯。
事件引來大批網民回應，不少人都力撐工友，指他們辛辛苦苦為學校服務，屬城大職員，理應有權享用飯堂，又有人揶揄該名教授「懶清高」，狗眼看人低，並批評城大禁止工人入飯堂的做法不近人情，充滿歧視成分。但亦有網民指「飯堂唔係地盤」，狠批工友不懂入鄉隨俗，毫不尊重學校的文化風氣，並指他們講粗口會騷擾師生。
