i think depends on the BA,this morning my sis take a Kanebo bottle,the Ba checking the list is qualified to their requirement,but ask why the bottle looks fade,how long does my sis brouhgt (should be within 3 mths,very ridiculous conditions),my sis doesnt know the restriction,very frankly told her 6 mths then reject.But in the evening,i took the same one,the Ba after checking the list then let me to redemm!But i m very agree,Olay very mean to redeem,so many &unreasonable restrictions !No good!
