I've called the Nestle customer service showing on the coupon,and they said it supposed to work on print out (as it's a email coupon),if the shopkeep refuse/cannot work it out,just ask them to type the barcode no.(underneath the barcode)or check with their handbook. My case is finally they call up their Manager and the Manager told them it's ok to use....but if you want to buy more,it's better to bring the copies,as they said 1 coupon is only valid for the quantity it shown (like buy 3 get 1 more,need to bring 2 coupon for buy 6 get 2 more)
