yes,actually,give free sample is Kiehl's style when they start up in HK.But BA's attitude is very different from England/USA.The first time i visit Kiehl's is few years ago,BA five me over 10pcs samples and include eye cream tim ar....no need see the "free sample"sticker ga....just walk-in to ask...of course dun try to take when they busy la.
