SHA TIN NEED GOLD CARD,when i take the card out,then she said need print out!!唔想俾人換就出聲喇!!仲用"公司規定"大我!!

but gor print out says only hang seng card is required jarwor..no need gor print out gawor!

其實恒生普通咭,同白金咭收果d promotion leaflet係唔同o既... 我post 呢個係白金咭的leaflet,個leaflet 叫"閒情篇",但我見呢份leaflet又冇講到咩grade o既恒生咭先換得,而恒生咭果邊唔知同l'occitane 果邊溝通,搞到咁亂....

我係shop見到佢地個廣告牌果時都見到佢地寫左恆生card"特選客戶"可尊享xxxxxxx

個廣告牌旁邊亦印有金card / 白金card 既圖樣

finally i take all the things to the sha tin branch and want to redeem the sample,,,but the ba said "WE NEED ORIGINAL LEAFLET TO REDEEM THE SAMPLE ,WE DUN ACCEPT THE COPY ONE!!"then i said "i am green-banking lor,how can i have the original leaflet ar??i print the email out lor,its not the copy one ar!!"then the ba just give me a small pack of cream (1ml)with a black face!!so cheap of the sha tin branch and the ba!!just a very small pack of sample ,ar gi ar jor!!i have gold card in HSB lor,how can the attitude so bad gar?i wont buy even the product is gd lor!!omg.....

琴日去沙田換,個BA好衰呀,話張COUPON要正本,又要白金卡或金卡! 我話張COUPON寫拎住恆生卡就得啦喎,佢堅持,又重覆講多次要正本………….咁煩架!

前日想去MK LANGHAM PLACE 那BA又話要白金卡OR ENJOY卡……………佢講完白金卡,好辛苦諗左好耐先話係要ENJOY卡,唔知係咪老作!

間野D SAMPLE好難換,大家以後唔好買佢D野啦,D BA成日講大話.都無寫明要咩卡0既…………..

今日返到黎先睇到原來上面0既SISTER都話沙田衰~~~~不過其實佢好多間都好串,TST奇差!

如果係一定張白金卡/金卡,就唔會有SISTER係其他分店唔駛卡都換到啦!仲要唔止一個CASE係咁!
