Today I have same experience.I went to SK II and BA said the promote was over.Then I said my friend got this sample on Saturday and she asked BA that her friend (is me)only went to CWB on Monday (24/8),could she redeem sample?At that time,BA said OK.Then my friend told me by phone at that moment,so today I went to CWB to get it.
The young BA said to me just wait and I saw she asked to other BA and called someone by phone.After 3 minutes,she gave me the sample and tought me how to use these.No sell.
