sis,do you think it is ridiculous that we are the potential clients/customers of the shop to get the samples to try to see if the product is good/suitable to us,but we are not treated as a client/customers at the material time.
While we are giving the company a chance to make money from us,the ba (i.e.the company's representative/employee)does not do their job properly by cheating/lying/back face to us and "kicking"us from their shops with black face.I cant believe that there is no quality of service from such a famous brand name.I havent redeemed the samples,but if the ba treat me bad,i would definitely lodge a formal complaint to the shop manager and the company.
