i'm IPSA member since I joined the make up course 1 year ago in
i-place.
Need to pay HK$300 register course fee fully redeemable for product.
Then i buy 1 product zima and then ok join member.
I did not receive any email or post sample/catalog at all.
But the membership advantage is when you have the member card in hand and print out the external coupon(人人都換得果D),
you do not need to fill the form to BA again so you can
super fast get sample in counter and 走人.
For counters,I am not sure if the membership requirement is "buy 1 product only"or "buy at least HK$xxx".
