美國佬好似考慮緊將信用卡負債減半.
也即係用citibank 簽左1000蚊,還500就ok.

你張卡如果係個人八達lung,就refund唔到架啦
而且,佢地好煩架,話要將你張卡拿番去廠check,幾個week後先退數俾你

Wrong!It doesn't concern the actual used amount but the reduction will concentrate on penalty and accumulatied interest on the late payment!
