I think you can choose the investment form of the company's contribution at present instead of your booss to choose where to place the investment?!

跟本就錯!
如果政府有心做野可以好簡單,例如:
1)收費應該是0.25%而不是2.5%
2)全港應該由顧員自行決定由邊間去投資.
3)基金必須更加透明,例如基金內容是什麼,佔的百份比(每星期最少update一次).
4)基金可以即時買/賣,轉換不同組合,而不是下左order之後1星期/2星期才轉換
5)如基金增長低於4%,不可以收費.

更加簡單做法係學新加波.
直接供款比政府(好似水電費甘),政府成立一間港投公司直接投資世界股市.
(可惜我地政府沒遠見,又保守,不原意成擔責任)
