其實a piece of cake 係一個英文成語(idiom),係去形容一些好簡單既事,小菜一碟,就同廣東話入面既,"易過食生菜"一樣
不如我地睇下幾個例子先:
We need not have worried about the math exam.It was a piece of cake.
我們本不必擔心數學考試,實際上很容易。
No sweat.This project will be a piece of cake.
沒問題,這項計劃不費吹灰之力。
Jon is very good at mathematics,so the test was a piece of cake for him.
John的數學很好，所以這次考試對他來說真是小菜一碟。
Brian:You'll win this swimming competition.
你會贏得這次游泳比賽的。
Andy:Why do you say that?
為什麼這麼說？
Brain:Because you can swim much faster than the other contestants.It'll be a piece of cake!
因為你比其他對手游得快多了。贏得比賽對你來說就是小菜一碟！
