強化(Power Up)及進化(Evolve)：

強化精靈時，需要星塵和糖果，並且隨著次數的累積，需要的越多。並且每種精靈強化，CP值的增加是固定的，如下圖所見。

進化精靈時，精靈的技能或刷新，技能的屬性也會重置，所以每次進化都是一場豪賭，能不能出極品很看人品。並且進化時，每個精靈的CP值都會誠意一個小範圍變化的的係數。例如伊布進化水伊布就是CP值乘以2.6。
