yes,it is the arrival lounge,
but it is not only for arrival....also able for departure (but you must show the boarding pass)

Chee,do you know why all the promotions for CX Amer card has now been removed from their web site

I've seen the promotion on their web site early this month about 67,000 asia miles but nil mention about this any more
