I had similar experience at CWB Plaza,they need to have some training.
world trade branch also very poor~she headed down and writing something pretending couldn't hearing me after i called her 3 times!!..asked me to fill in information again cos'print out too blur~gave me hand cream attitude like i'm a begger asking for $$$and she gave me $2 to get me away!!
