This brand’s service is not good at all,last time I go to get the toner,just print the e-mail with 2 page in 1 sheet,then BA said not ok,need in A4 size,then I go there next day with the print out in A4 size but just 2 side print,the BA still said not ok, I said is your staff ask me to print in A4 size only,but did not mention can’t in both side print, then the BA sin treat me go for newspaper coupon ,give me the toner
