有關雪希子提到未能於Mr.Steak一次過使用現金券，商場服務處得悉事件後已即時與店舖聯絡及跟進事件，稍後Mr Steak已全數接收現金券並把款項退回客戶。
另外，有關ivy126hk提到未能於認受商戶orbis使用現金券及YYBB所述現金券未能與VIP優惠同時使用的問題，商場服務處已跟有關商戶聯絡，重申新地商場現金禮券可於認受商戶消費時作現金使用，不受其他優惠所限制，且一次過可使用多張等，亦請他們務必與前線同事溝通清楚，以免不必要的誤會發生。
