平時揀護膚品同化妝品一定要好小心
盡量避免酒精,香料等等刺激物質
揀洗面產品一定要溫和同埋保濕 deep clean and "full"hydrating mask frequently...
around 2-3 times a week...continuously...
e.g.tues,wed and thurs...but not mon,wed and fri... 敏感唔可以DEEP CLEAN架!
只可以用基本成份既護膚品...
好似PHYTO-C既B5 GEL,
美白成份盡量唔好用,
只可以FULL 純保濕的MASK,
最好去皮膚科醫生度買呢啲MASK,
咁就一定唔會無端端敏感,又可以保濕

but i'll hv spots if i dun deep clean ga wor...i use mud mask to deep clean...
and use neutrogena hydro-boost mask...
it's true that i can never use whitening...
will hv many little red spots after using...>.<....
