i hav to complain about that,but the female staff of customer service also tell lin to me no stock since yesterday!
i think that they do not give public for 300 packs,or may half or less...
and the staff of HN can pick up the gift after the function~

but need the HN card....
may be i kept buying stuff in chanel,(but not a large amount every time)
so may be that's why i have received the letter,haha

the lucky thing is they used their coupons to help me save $300....otherwise,I will really want to cry....:Q
I just joined the chanel member last month....so don't know did they fill in my address correctly??
