I'm not the member actually,but you only said you are the member and provide the telephone no.of your friend (who is the member of Shiseido).Then,you can get the sample.
Not all counters are required the telephone no.for checking.Try it.

No need to check the telephone no.on computer at Lane Crawford,but it is required at Seibu.
