Forbes《福布斯》香港40大富豪財富減半 賭王身家蒸發九成
在金融海嘯的驚濤駭浪中，本港富豪身家統統大縮水，美國財經雜誌《福布斯》昨公佈09年香港富豪榜，頭40名富豪的財富較去年縮減一半，共蒸發了逾7,500億港元（下同），其中「賭王」何鴻燊身家暴跌九成，排名更跌出五大，直插至第19位。何鴻燊長子何猷龍表示：「真係跌得好慘！」他補充說，其對手金沙集團老闆更險些破產。記者：麥志榮、高淑嫻、陳健文中央政府去年收緊內地居民到澳門的限制，打擊澳門賭業及旅遊業，賭王何鴻燊與近年進軍澳門賭業的呂志和，旗下上市公司市值及身家大縮水。上市公司商會主席何猷龍昨日出席春茗後，被記者問及何鴻燊的香港富豪榜排名大跌時說：「好慘呀！由第5位跌到去第19位，不過，金沙老闆仲慘啦。」金沙老闆蕭登艾德森曾是全球富豪榜排名第三位，其公司一度傳出可能要申請破產。
何：10月重上25000點
何鴻燊昨日中午出席中華總商會新春酒會時，《福布斯》尚未公佈本港富豪榜。他被記者問及對股市前景看法時說，今年10月恆生指數有機會重上25,000點高位，因為香港及澳門特區獲中央支持下，很快便能從金融海嘯復元。若賭王的「預測」準確，他才有望在海嘯中翻身。《福布斯》去年初估計何鴻燊的身家有702億元，但他去年7月安排澳門博彩在港上市後，澳博股價走勢不濟，一直低於招股價3.08元，昨收1.58元，公司市值只剩下79億元，身家暴跌近九成。新晉賭王呂志和的排名，也由去年第20位跌至第31位，身家200多億元也大減七成半，他旗下銀河娛樂昨日市值只有50億元。本港頭40名富豪的財富總額由去年13,962億元，跌至今年6,396億元。但榜頭三位首富在巨浪中屹立不倒。曾公開表示視富貴如浮雲的「超人」李嘉誠，身家由去年近2,500億元跌至1,264億元，不見了一半有多，卻能力保本港首富寶座。
李兆基自稱「冒牌股神」
去年曾發生兄弟不和事變的新鴻基郭氏家族身家同樣縮減一半，但仍然穩坐第二位，《福布斯》還闢專欄介紹東山復出的郭母鄺肖卿。自稱「冒牌股神」的「四叔」李兆基在股市中損手，不見了六成身家，繼續是第三大首富。同樣為家事煩惱的劉鑾雄卻股壇得意，身家只減少了27%，排名也上升一位成為五大首富之一。迎娶了前港姐朱玲玲的羅康瑞排名也上升了三位至第14位。娶得大美人李嘉欣為新抱的新老爺許世勳，排名也上升一位至第24位。身家縮水46%、但力保排名第29位的「玩具大王」蔡志明接受本報訪問時坦言，秘訣是他沒有沾手Accumulator （累計認購期權）。牛年伊始，他看淡本港經濟前景，預料金融海嘯對香港的影響，較97年亞洲金融風暴時厲害，今年樓價可能再跌兩至三成，故暫時沒有投資樓市或股市。他是愛車之人，也講明暫時不敢買車。
蔡志明攻平價玩具巿場
不投資，惟有努力工作。蔡志明旗下旭日國際亦受到美國經濟衰退影響，他預料今年定單減兩成，故打算搶攻平價玩具巿場，以往每個10美元的玩具，今年或者要賣5美元。中文大學經濟系副教授莊太量表示，富豪榜上的財富減少，主要因為股市大幅下跌，各富豪只是隨著整個社會的財富縮減而調整，對他們的實力未必有太大打擊。尤其是頭幾位富豪均經過多場大風浪的試煉，生意上了軌道，又懂得分散投資風險，所以在金融海嘯中屹立不倒。反而位處富豪榜下游的富豪，會視乎其投資的行業，隨經濟轉變而興衰，排名變動一定較大。富豪身家大減，對經濟未必會造成實質影響，但一定削弱了他們的投資意欲。他們又是本港的大僱主，雖然未必會裁員，但僱員今年要加薪機會變得更渺茫。
