有機雞蛋 1隻
新馬鈴薯 2個
娃娃菜 1棵

白酒醋 2茶匙
清水 適量

1.清水泡浸馬介休。Soak bacalhan in water.

2.下雞蛋。Add egg.

3.下娃娃菜。Add baby cabbage.

做法:
1.馬介休切件,用清水泡浸一日,放雪櫃中,八小時換水一次,浸好後用清水沖洗遍,減淡鹹味。
2.甘筍去皮,洗淨,切厚件。薯仔去皮,洗淨。
3.分別洗淨娃娃菜及雞蛋。
4.煲內注入清水,下雞蛋,煮滾後下馬介休、甘筍及薯仔,翻滾後轉中火烚薯仔及甘筍至僅熟,下娃娃菜烚至熟透即可。
5.隔去水分,雞蛋去殼,即可上碟供食。
6.吃時拌以橄欖油及白酒醋,亦可加胡椒粉同吃。
Bacalhau with Assorted Vegetables
Ingredients :
1lb Bacalhau
1/2Baby Carrot
1no Organic Egg
2nos New Potatoes
1Baby Cabbage
1tsp Olive Oil
2tsp Vinegar
Method :
1.Slice bacalhau,soak in water over 24hours.Chill in fridge,changewater every 8hours.Wash thoroughly before use,which helps for adecrease in saltiness.
2.Peel carrot,wash and cut into thick slices.Peel and wash potatoes.
3.Wash baby cabbage and eggs.
4.Fill saucepan with water,add egg and bring to boil.Add bacalhau,carrot,potatoes,return to boil and switch to medium fire.Cook tillcarrot and potato medium,add baby cabbage and cook till well done.
5.Remove soup from fire,strain water,shell the eggs and dish up.
6.Serve with olive oil and vinegar or pepper.
