餐巾轉體360° Good兜

清雅蓮花盤
鮮花芳香誘惑，若鮮花伴有陣陣食物香，即使廚藝一般相信也能引起你和我食慾。蓮花清雅高貴，用餐巾以層層疊的方式摺合而成的小盤，盛放著新鮮熱辣的 荷包，還是放著脆卜卜的薯片，悉隨尊便。

Steps
1.餐巾的四隻角摺向中央，壓平。重複再將四角摺向中央並底面反轉。

2.把四隻角再摺向中央位置。

3.用手指固定中心點，將底部的巾角抽起成立體菱形，如花瓣狀。

4.固定中央位置，用手將菱形底的餐巾角抽起變成兜形，立體荷花即成。
■摺至尾聲將兜翻轉便可一清二楚，看清須抽起的巾角位置。

小貼士：
蓮花必須要挺身，太軟的餐巾會令蓮花變得軟弱無力，失卻蓮花的立體感，在摺時不妨輔以熨斗，放涼後的餐巾會更堅挺。

東南西北餐墊
餐墊是餐桌的最佳點綴，長方形餐墊似乎太大了，將之摺疊後帶點東南西北Feel 的四角作點綴，把平平無奇的餐墊變得不平凡。

Steps
1.餐巾四隻角摺向中央，壓平後翻轉。重複把餐巾的四隻角摺向中央，壓平後底面翻轉。

2.把餐巾的角摺向外側的角邊，即成為餐桌墊。

三層式餐具套
大班好友聚首一堂，單單是分刀叉筷子，已經花去不少時間，不妨以餐巾摺成餐具套，將刀叉匙羹等一套套地分給友人，可免掛萬漏一的尷尬情況發生，最重要是夠得體，符合我的Elegant 身份。

Steps
1.把餐巾對摺後再對摺，摺成四方形。

2.取起最面的那層餐巾角，向內摺成約半吋闊的邊位。

3.將第二層巾角攝入第一層，預留半吋闊邊。重複摺第三層。
