香煎澳洲牛柳釀鵝肝煙肉

材料:
澳洲牛柳7安士
鵝肝2安士
煙肉2片

1先將牛柳切開小口,釀入鵝肝。
Make small cut on beef tenderloin,stuff in foie gras.

2用煙肉捲實牛柳。
Wrap beef tenderloin with bacon.

3用平底鑊煎香表面。
Pan fry both sides of tenderloin.

做法:
1.先將牛柳切開小口,釀入鵝肝。
2.用煙肉捲實牛柳。
3.加少許鹽及胡椒。
4.用平底鑊煎香上下,放入焗爐,用250度火焗2分鐘即成。

心得
牛柳內的鵝肝可改用芝士代替。
Cheese can be used as substitute of foie gras.
Ingredients:
7oz Australian Tenderloin
2oz Foie Gras (Goose Liver)
2pcs Bacon
Method:
1.Make small cut on beef tenderloin,stuff in foie gras.
2.Wrap beef tenderloin with bacon.
3.Add pinch of salt and pepper.
4.Pan fry both sides of beef tenderloin,put in oven,bake over 250degree for 2minutes.Serve hot.
