日本鑑定專員長駐 二手名袋新站
[img]http://static.apple.nextmedia.com/images/apple-photos/apple_sub/20080617/large/17fo2p.jpg[/img]香港女士買名牌手袋一向「英雄莫問出處」，所以執二攤的市場一直好景，米蘭站巴黎站等等開到成行成市。在日本有37間分店的Brand Off 同樣靠賣二手名牌袋起家，還經營珠寶名錶等。老闆仲係「日本流通自主管理協會」（打擊冒牌貨品的協會）主席，每月都會開大會教員工辨認真假貨。今次小試牛刀，在日本百貨APITA 設專櫃，從日本安排鑑定專員來港，用信譽行頭sell 港客。

唔係做假相，APITA 十點正開門，其他專櫃未有人時，已經有一堆顧客入來幫襯，香港人對名牌的追求都幾勁。
激安區自己揀
香港同類型店舖擺放手袋總是雜亂無章，Brand Off 的裝修就跟足日本銀座總店的設計，將手袋分別放在專屬品牌的櫥窗中，保存方面睇落做得足一點。而一批較為殘舊或舊款的手袋就會放在「激安區」，千幾蚊一個小手袋自己搵，唔使店員幫手都可以慢慢睇慢慢check 。

李小姐任職時裝界，都趁午飯時間搭港鐵來格價：「平時都有去米蘭站睇手袋，比較過，我睇中的Chanel 銀包比米蘭站平少少。我唔怕買到假貨，因為報紙雜誌賣晒廣告，應該信得過。」
日本店
銀座Brand Off 總店霸了全東京最貴的地段之一，有威有勢。香港店舖面也跟足銀座店的品牌分類擺放設計。

貨源足 品牌多
早於93年，Brand Off 的創辦人安山勉已開設一間專售名牌商品的店舖，泡沫經濟爆破後轉型賣二手名牌貨，由於與各名牌的關係密切，加上Brand Off 也有自家的買手到外國「尋寶」，所以貨源充足。當然客人都可以主動要求店員幫你尋貨，或者購買日本店專有的款式。

店長錶飾推介
手錶最多都是港、日人都buy 的Rolex ，據店員所述，開張第一天已售出十多隻Rolex 手錶，第二天已迅速由日本送上另一批貨，返貨速度算係快。此外也有如Franck Muller 、Jacob &Co 等選擇，而Franck Muller 就特別受女士歡迎。首飾方面，有Cartier 、Tiffany 等銀器，千幾蚊都有交易。不過就小記所見，十分得港人喜愛的小配飾如LV 橡筋、電話繩等較少。

鑑定專員辨真假
老闆安山勉每月都會召開大會，了解假貨的最新情報，然後更新給各店員工的手冊，列明分辨真假的細節。為重視首次來港開業，一批在日本已有多年鑑定經驗的專員將長駐香港店，今次為小記講解的鑑定師雖然似跟我差唔多年紀的「嚫仔」，原來已有6年做名牌鑑定與銷售，其他店員都懂中、日文，買貨、放貨都可以溝通清楚才行事。
買袋必鑑細節：
商業秘密，又怕假貨製造商見招拆招，所以Brand Off 都不便公開他們的「分真假天書」，由鑑定師教大家買袋時要留意的地方，買之前睇多點學多點都無壞。
■袋內印有品牌標記的皮製牌後有型號號碼。
