清熱除煩-蓮藕雪梨馬蹄湯

有些婦女,氣血較熱,所以會顯得較為煩躁,而飲蓮藕湯不但能補血健脾,更有生津,解煩熱的功效.

  [蓮藕雪梨馬蹄湯]有清熱除煩,補血健胃,生津的功效,很適宜於懷孕期飲用.

  用料是:蓮藕1斤,雪梨2個,馬蹄6粒,西施骨1斤.

  做法:蓮藕連節洗淨,切厚片;雪梨洗淨,去核後切片;馬蹄去皮,拍鬆;西施骨出水;將全部材料放入瓦煲內,加水煮約2小時即成.

I've copied it and passed it to my friend who is HKU Chinese Medicine Reseacher ... he said to me that it's OK for only the one with "WARM" body ... he suggested to [color=Red][size=6]change the "雪梨2個" into "apple 2個"[/size][/color] which is more suitable for HK people .... :smilies05:

如果for hong kong people, 雪梨會好過apple, 因香港大部份人都是濕熱底.......(因香港物質太豐富.........)
